Who handles refunds
Web subscriptions bought on steporaai.com are sold by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which processes refunds. Subscriptions bought in the App Store are refunded by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).
Free trial
Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged anything.
14-day refunds
If you are charged and are not happy, ask for a refund within 14 days of that charge and you get a full refund for it — no questions asked. Email [email protected] with the email address you used, or reply to your Paddle receipt / contact Paddle at paddle.net. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Cancelling
Cancel anytime at steporaai.com/account (Manage on Paddle) or from your Paddle receipt. After cancelling you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for and you are not charged again. This does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
