The service

Stepora (the “app”) is provided by PEAK SALES DİJİTAL PAZARLAMA SATIŞ VE DIŞ TİCARET LTD. ŞTİ., Istanbul, Türkiye ([email protected]). By using it you agree to these terms.

A learning aid, not a guarantee

Solutions are generated by AI and checked by an independent second solution. When the checks disagree, the app tells you it is not sure. AI can still make mistakes: always think the steps through and check important results. Do not use Stepora during exams where outside help is not allowed.

Your account

You can use Stepora without an account; registering with email lets you keep your history and purchases across devices. Keep your password safe. You can delete your account at any time in the app.

Stepora Pro

Free use includes 3 solutions, 5 practice questions and 5 chat messages per day. Stepora Pro (weekly, monthly or yearly; the yearly plan may include a free trial) removes these limits. Payment is charged to your Apple ID; subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period in your App Store account settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Acceptable use

Use Stepora for studying only. Do not upload content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, sexual or that you have no right to share, and do not try to disrupt, reverse-engineer or misuse the service. We may refuse requests or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Content

You keep the rights to the questions you upload and grant us the right to process them to provide the service. Solutions and practice material generated for you may be used by you for personal study.

Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages or for decisions based on AI output. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

Buying Stepora Pro on our website

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders on steporaai.com. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Every web plan (weekly, monthly or yearly) starts with a 3-day free trial. Your payment method is collected at checkout but not charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, Paddle charges the plan price and the subscription then renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. The price, taxes and renewal period are shown before you confirm.

Cancel anytime at steporaai.com/account or from the link in your Paddle receipt email; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our Refund Policy (steporaai.com/legal/refund). A web subscription unlocks Pro in the app when you sign in with the same email; subscriptions bought in the App Store are still managed and refunded by Apple.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
