How Stepora works
Snap or type a question → Stepora reads it, solves it step by step and checks the answer with a second, independent solution (“2/2” badge). If the two disagree, it says “Not sure” and shows both possible answers. Then “Master this type” trains you through five stages of similar questions.
The photo was not read
Hold the phone parallel to the page, make sure the whole question is inside the frame and well lit, and crop to one question. Handwriting that is very faint may not be readable.
Restore purchases
Profile → Stepora Pro → Restore purchases. Sign in with the same email on every device to keep your history.
Cancel a subscription
iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Stepora → Cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Forgot password
On the sign-in screen tap “Forgot password”; we email you a link valid for one hour.
Delete your data
Delete single questions in History, or everything in Profile → Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
